The Jordan Foundation, a non-profit organization, will begin teaching the business simulation program on April 23, 2007. Through obtaining initial funding to creating marketing campaigns, participants will experience business basics as they make investment decisions, sell stock to a venture capitalist, and pay salaries to employees. Mrs. Jade Bolton is the principal at North Fayette Elementary School.
The Jordan Foundation, established in 2000, partners with local schools and community organizations to provide developmental and educational enhancement programs directed toward young people. The foundation has presented the BizWorld program to over 350 students in metro-Atlanta.
